Phaseshift/allpass filtering in Logic?

Are there any native AU available other than UAD LIttle Labs that can perform frequency dependant phaseshift?

Not talking about small delays but rather allpass filtering with phaseshift.

Thanks, the Voxengo has similar functionality. The Flux-thing is just traditional phaseinvert.

Just read the Voxengo plugin is frequency-independant but I believe that's interesting too.
