Logic Pro 9 Please help me logic 9 error

Hi, I have logic pro 9.1.7 on Mountain Lion 10.8.6.
I receive the error message system overload (-10011) with one only instance of AU like sylenth1, no other tracks and no effect plugins in that track.
The monitor of CPU in logic goes to max and the sound start to be distorted, until the error message is showing and after that logic stops playing, but the yellow marker in the same monitor is very low and the HD monitor remains to 0.
If I open and check the activity monitor the CPU load goes max to 20%, the Ram has 1,73 Gb free plus 700Mb inactive.
How do I get it work?
Thank you!

Check the audio preferences:
Main menu -> Logic Pro -> Preferences -> Audio

Look if the buffer size is set very low, e.g. 32 or 64. If yes, set it to a higher number.

New error with new config

Hi, thank you for reply and for help!
Now I set 1024 samples in I\O buffer size, and 5000 samples in recording delay.
I get a new error "Error while trying to synchronize Audio and MIDI.
Sample Rate 41497 recognized.
Check conflict between Logic Pro X and external device."
Every time it appears the number in sample rate is different, but that's the message it give me.
I tried with Logic pro 10.0.6 with Massive or SubBoomBass, same audio configuration, and it gives me same error!
Maybe it's a problem with my audio device, or its drivers? it's a ADI 1988b 8 Channel High Definition Audio.
