As you can see in my setup (screen capture below), I have submixes destined to be heard over headphones by each player of a band (Monitor 1 thru 5).
Everything is working fine except that they do not hear the left-right balance. As you can tell by the blue color, I have set each send to be in post-balance mode. But, even if I pan the synth hard left or right, the output in the headphones is not affected at all. I can hear a difference in level when I change a send from pre-fader to post-fader but changing to post-balance does not seem to do anything.
What am I missing ? TIA.
