Pre Amps

Hi

I was wondering if anyone can help me out with some pre's
I am looking at starting off with the AvolonAD2022, probably due to the fact that everyone i have spoken to say's it's nice and clean for vocal and piano which is what i mainly want it for, for now at least.

any opinion's are more then welcome and if not that pre then which pre would you sugest?
neve,gml etc etc?

check out Millennia media (I have the Orion, which is a channel strip)
UA also has some tasty stuff (2-610 Silverface)
