Logic Pro 9 Preview WAV loops in loop browser

Having some problems when trying to preview a WAV loop at the same time as the track is playing (to see if it fits in the mix) in the loop window/browser...
It plays off sync (starting on the 3rd beat or so)

Is there any way to fix this? I'm using a iMac and Apogee Duet

This might sound like an odd question, but are you certain it is an apple loop? And is it set to looping or non looping (one shot)?

They are not apple loops, but acidized WAV
And I have no problem with the apple ones, they work fine
Feels like I maybe answered my own question... apple loops only???

Maybe it's a limitation exclusive to previewing and acid files?? I'm not certain, just speculating.

If when you bring them into the Arrange Window they play fine, and when you preview Apple Loops they preview fine, than I would form the hypothesis that it is a limitation of acid file preview capabilities.....
