Logic Pro Project Browser Audio File Padlock

How do I unlock the padlocks on audio files in the browser window? Why are my projects putting these locks on the audio files? I have reviewed macprovideo and the apple forums and there are no mentions of this.

The lock indicates the the anchor point and region boundaries are locked and cannot be altered.
They are also created when you are using take folders and cannot be unlocked without flattening. No need to worry about them if you are using take folders. I believe the edit mode of a take folder over rides the lock anyway. (Not in front of logic right now)
