Logic Pro 9 Quantize strength in piano roll editor (Logic Pro 9)

I would do this in the arrange window. Select the region there whose notes appear in the piano roll, then in the inspector open advanced quantisation, there you will see the parameters for Q strength, range, flam etc. If you want to quantise individual notes within a region, select them in the piano roll, then quantise as desired using the inspector parameters.
