Logic Pro (X) quantizing drums not working for me

I was trying to follow along musictechguy's video on quantizing multi-drum tracks.

I grouped the tracks but all tracks don't move when I move one transient. I tried bouncing in place but nothing seems to happen, I still have all the previous takes.
