Logic Pro 9 Recording from iTunes

Hi, I am a newbie to Logic Express and to this forum. I would like to record a track in LE from iTunes so that I can then record myself along with the tune. I am using a Apogee Duet pre-amp for my audio I/O but am not even sure if that is part of the equation. Any assistance is very appreciated.

why not just drag the track ( thats in itunes) into logic?

track in itunes ( rightclick >show in finder) which will take you to where the file is and then drag that to the arrange window
