Logic Pro 9 red cross over solo keeps reappearing

Hi All
Im running Logic 9.

I am constantly getting a red cross on different solo icons in the mixer
which is annoying because when I fail to disable them and bounce i bounce
unwanted sounds

I am aware of the control click function to disable this red cross
I do it and save the file

When i reopen the file it comes back
Any ideas? Ivan

I've seen that too. Wonder if that means it is soloed in the arrange window.
