Logic Pro Region comparison placement with piano roll

I'm in Logic X now.. although when I was in Logic 9 I could be viewing the midi notes in a region in the piano roll window, and when I click on a new region (in the arrange window) with midi notes that is the same size as the previous I could compare the notes of the two regions easily. Now with Logic X, when I click a new region that is the same size.. it moves all the notes over to a different spot in the piano roll window so I can't see a quick comparison. Does anyone know who to get it so it doesn't move things over when viewing different regions?
