Logic Pro Relocating Sample Library to External SSD

Hello, I searched through the threads and was not able to find a similar issue, so posting this question. I upgraded my internal HD to an SSD and reinstalled everything. Prior I hads and still have a new external SSD where my original Logic samples were installed. Now with my new internal SSD, I want to relocate my new internal sample library to the external SSD, which is greyed out. The Logic relocate status message states have my internal SSD is the current location and my external SSD already has samples. I did verify that the external SSD has full disk access.

I was not sure exactly which samples on the external SSD to delete and try to relocate again? Any suggestions are appreciated.
