Logic Pro 9 Remix Export

a remix i created with logic 9 needs to be exported so a studio that's running pro tools can mix and master. normally when i record bands i'll do export all files as OMF or all files as audio. that has worked in the past but that was all audio files..

my remix has 30 tracks of software instruments and audio files. what is the best way to export this session that will include all automation (modulation, volume, etc.)

export as individual tracks.... it's one of the options in the file menu I believe.
