Logic Pro 9 Score not maintaining instrumetn order in Logic 9

I am using an orchestral score in Logic 9. The order of the instruments are correct through instrument 52 (violin 2). After that, the rest of all the strings are squashed together on one staff at the top of the score. Instruments appear to be in order in the score set/complete set. I have deleted any unused instruments in the score set. Why is this happening? Anybody?

It's been 10 years since I've used version 9, memory is a little rusty. It could be a corrupt project, maybe move everything to another project. It could also have to do with your selected paper size (too small for the amount of tracks), although I think the squished strings would show up at the bottom and not at the top.
