Hi

When using Totalmix during a live session, my plugins do not seem to work in the monitor mixes. Is there something i should be doing?

If its totalmix plugins you're missing then best you ask over at the rme forum. If its logic plugs your not hearing give us some more info about how you're creating your monitor mixes.

Hi

Thanks for this. Its when live recording in Logic through the inputs of Totalmix. If I insert a plugin on any of the logic inputs for example to give the guide Vox some reverb it doesn't seem to come through the monitor mixes either in the control room or the cans.

It sounds like you're putting the reverb in the wrong part of the signal flow.

Best way to send reverb anywhere during recording OR mixing is to open up a post fader bus send on the audio channel you're recording on, then on the aux where that bus sends to, insert the reverb there setting the verb to hear only wet signal and on the verb aux, set the output to be heard in control room and use a pre fader bus send also on the aux to route the reverb to additional outputs for headphone mix.
