Logic Pro Sending Logic Files to others' DAW

I would like to know how to save my Logic Pro X files (tunes) as a multi track mp3,
and be able to send via email (or other) to a friend who runs Sonar.
ie, I want him to be able to play my tune, cut or damper some tracks, and record his own solo,
then send it back to me.

Maybe I'm missing something....such as an easier way to do above.
Any suggestions?

I would Export All Tracks as Audio Files (File menu->Export) then zip them up and send by wetransfer.com to your friend with a note that includes key and tempo info. He'll have to bring them up to full resolution anyway, so there's no particular advantage to reducing them to mp3s except upload time, and unless you're on dial-up that shouldn't matter too much.

Hey thx. I'll try that, after massive amounts of turkey tomorrow.
I suppose mixing in gravy will make transitions smoother. (not in LPX books)
