Logic Pro SETTING TEMPO ACCURATELY

Hello,
In Logic 9 I could dial in the tempo of a project to the 3rd decimal place ( e.g. 119.975 bpm). Which I needed sometimes, to match a recording. Now I "upgraded" to Logic X and I can't find that feature. I can only slide from say 119 bpm - 120 bpm, no decimal places. Anyone have any guidance here? Thanks.

In Logic preferences/Display/Displays (lower third of the window), change the 'Display Tempo as' to the first option in the pop up. See if that resolves the issue.

Hmm. Thank you but that doesn't seem to be doing it. The option is "BPM, Maelzel". That didn't do it.

Ah Haa! Right click up in the control bar. > customize control bar and display. > under LCD there's a drop down> select "CUSTOM".. VIOLA!
