Logic Pro (X) Sharing Logic Pro X projects with older Logic

i have a project in the newest version of Logic. The project has both midi and audio (vocals) tracks. I have a friend with an older version. My friend cannot open the files I’ve made with my newer version. Is there anyway I can save or export to the older version or get a work around?

A suggested approach is to bounce each of your MIDI tracks to audio, and then File menu>Export>All Tracks as Audio Files. Your friend should be able to import audio files into their version of Logic.
