Logic Pro Shortcut to move cursor less than a measure

In a previous version, I made two key commands to move the cusor by division. There are many times when I want a keyboard shortcut to move the cursor by a beat or so, but I cannot find the commands for that in the key command assignments. Did they get rid of them at some point? I'm on 10.7.9.
