Can anyone please tell me where to find:

Bar Position plays at SMPTE value fields?
Enable Separate SMPTE View Offset checkbox?

I'm trying to zero the SMPTE at the start of a movie clip that is already striped. Back in the day when I was a mix engineer we used to enter a SMPTE offset on the synchronizer. That's what I'd like to do.

Settings/video for the start time of the video, settings/synchronization for the start time of your session.
