Logic Pro 9 snap to the border of the previous region

hi guys, anyone knows how to move a region with snapping to the border of another region without overlapping?

Page 362 in the Logic Manual... you know, the one built into the help menu ;-) Next time download the manila, and use the find function. Took me less than 1 minute.

Check the Drag mode in the documentation.
As previously mentionned reading the section about the snap in the Arrange would be beneficial.
