Logic Pro 9 software instrument help

hi,

I'm looking for great sounding sampled instruments for use on my MBA. I realize that Kontakt would be the best bet, but I really don't need something that big or CPU intensive.

I'm looking for a small collection of organic instruments, like pianos, strings, horns etc... but I find the small collection within Logic 9 Express, too small.

Any ideas?

Also, why is it that when I am browsing through logic instruments, and I open my exs24 to, let's say, adjust the attack, the list of selectable instruments is altered in the library. From my experience, lessened. what gives?

Are there aftermarket sample packs that can be opened through the EXS24?
