If your interested in learning about STP, as I am, I recommend the new training offered by Groove3. I am about half way through the lessons and just blown away by how good they are. Doug Zangar and the Groove3 team have put together an absolutely excellent disk.
This training is focused on the novice to intermediate user, though I expected a more advanced user would still pick up some tricks. Doug moves pretty fast through some area's (which I like) that you should know from Logic. So, I don't how this goes over if someone is coming from a video background vs. an audio background.
5 hours of high quality training for $40, hard to beat.
