SoundDiver: is Leopard or Snow Leopard better?

I hope this is the right section for this question.

SoundDiver keeps crashing in Snow Leopard, so if someone tells me it works better in Leopard I'll make a small-ish Leopard partition for it.

Any recommendations from anyone else still struggling with this abandonware?

(MacBook early 2008 2.4GHz)
