I have observed a very strange problem in Logic/Speakerphone (various versions since 2016).
When I insert a Speakerphone instance on an aux it works as it should but after closing down the song and reopening it, it plays back at a significantly lower volume.
If I let the system run for an hour or so everything is back to normal. It's a pretty big issue but I forget the problem between sessions and therefore I haven't posted before.
A typical scenario would be: Vocal track that is routed to the output bus-aux (aux 24 which is routed to out 1-2, master). On the vocal track I also route (through a send) to ie bus-aux 22 where I have Speakerphone setup with a bakelit phone sound to add a bit of lo-fi sound to the track.
Like I described earlier, this works perfectly until I reopen when where the signal out of Speakerphone sudden is lower but over time returns to former glory 🙂
PS I know this is most likely a Speakerphone issue but I'm hoping that someone has found a workaround.
