I thought it might be my microphone that didn't work, so I bought a brand new Neuman TLM 103 - and it didn't solve the problem. I record through a RME Fireface 400 soundcard (changing input channel doesn't work) into Logic 9 on my MacBookPro. I usually set up the audio track in Logic as Female Ambient Lead Vocal (one of the standard settings) for monitoring reasons (sounds good for the vocalist), but I have tried to record with a clean setting - with the same result. Does anybody know what might be wrong?
