Logic Pro 8 suddenly can't burn CD from Logic 8

Hi,

Thanks in advance for answering what's probably a stupid question.

My preset parameters for bouncing a project to CD somehow got altered, and when I try to re-create them Logic tells me "Bounce process failed."

Here's what I've always done:

Insert a blank CD, hit File --> Bounce and Burn

Name my project; select PCM and burn CDDA: AIFF; 16-bit; rate 44100; interleaved.

The only thing I can think is I'm saving it to wrong destination. Is it supposed to be saved to "Bounces?" Or am I missing something else obvious?
