Logic Pro 9 Sync audio & MIDI in Logic Express 9

Hi all,

I need to sync a MIDI string track with an audio recording of a song in Logic Express 9. As I'm a newcomer to Logic, can anyone help me with this, please? Or perhaps direct me to the relevant section of the user manual?

You can use beat matching to determine a tempo.

Not sure if Express has the BPM plug, it can determine the tempo of recorded audio.
