Logic Pro 9 Sync problems

Hi
I'm using a new Mac Pro, with OS X.6.3, and Logic Express 9.1.1
The interface is Apogee ONE
I'm not able to overdub in sync with the metronome - I play in perfect sync with the click, but it plays back out of sync.
Any ideas?

Have you adjusted the recording delay?

I use -72 with my Apogee Ensemble

I deleted the Logic preferences in the Mac HD Library, which apparently resets the software

I have sync again!

I will also reset the recording offset to the number you suggest (-72)

I would suggest you work out the correct offset for your system, it may be different.

I do this by playing a click track and recording it, then looking at a the recorded wave file in the sample editor and seeing how many samples it is away from what it should be. It's a bit of a primitive system but it works.
