Logic Pro 9 Time signature track

Hello everyone,
I was wondering if there was a way to have time signature changes snap to a region.
They seem to line up wherever they feel like, and don't seem to be set by the Snap drop down menu.
Any advice would be welcome.

I think time signature changes can (and should?) only happen on a bar... how else would you want it to be implemented?
