Logic Pro transpose note without using flex pitch

I had a wonky sounding bass note so I copied another one and pasted it in, but the pitch is wrong. No flex pitch information shows up for that one note (not in the original position either) How can I just transpose that one note? How can I transpose audio regions is what I am asking.

How about using the Time and Pitch machine on that one note?
