UAD-2 AU couldn't be opened

below is the log when attempting to validate the new UAD plug ins..... maybe someone with a higher IQ than I can find out where the fault lies... my guess is there's a System framework malfunction....? a system reinstall?

Uhh, it's a PSP plugin by the looks of it, PSP PPM? Some info..., ANY info would help, like system, OS version, type of UAD system, etc.

Is it the UA Apollo or not, because it also looks like the console app for the Apollo is having issues, but it really doesn't matter if you don't have the Apollo.

The other thing: open your Logic Preferences/AU MAnager, and just try and revalidate in there, it often works fine the second time...

Thanks for your help George... and it's not the first time... but it was a System Framework core audio problem... did a reinstall of OS X and it was all resolved.
