Logic Pro 9 upgrade installation on fresh os

Hello,

Was just about to install my L9 upgrade from L8 (wich was a upgrade from 7) on a new "clean" macbook pro I just bought.

Inserted the disc and entered the serial and got a message "not a valid serial".

Is this not possible?
Do I need to install L8 or even L7 before installing L9?

Try sticking in your Logic USB dongle while running the installer. That should do it.

Might worth noting.

I have installed this L9 upgrade on my mac pro already.
Do I need a second licence here?
I was under the impression I can install on both but then just not use them simultaneously.

Got it working now.
I mixed up the serials.
