Logic Pro Urgent score help needed please

Logic Pro 10.1

When I try to display two software instrument parts in the score editor, I create a score set that includes the 2 instruments, then select that set.

I also have the links set to 'content' in Arrange and Score.

But whatever I try, I cannot get more than one region to display.

I've been doing this stuff for years, so clearly there's a simple trick I've forgotten - or is there?

Big rehearsal tomorrow and I have many charts to print

Are all the regions of each track selected before you open the score?

Tux:

I expect to click one region in the Arrange page, and see it in ( linked) Score.
Then I expect, provided the appropriate score Set is selected, to get that set when I click on empty space.
