Logic Pro 9 Using hybrid mixers with Logic

Hi

I am considering buying a hybrid mixer and looking at the Yamaha n12 as representing the spec' I want but concious that it is now 4+ yrs old plus it is aligned to Cubase not Logic. Is anyone else using the n12 with L9 and with what success? On another tack perhaps there are more updated hybrid mixers that suit Logic???

Grateful for any views.

thanks for that Atlas, it is helpful but because the mixer is custom made for Cubase users I really wanted to know what features available to Cubase are NOT available to Logic users

Download the manual and see exactly what it supports.

The BIG issue is driver support on discontinued hardware?
Can you get support for your current OS, and will there be support for futures versions of OSX?

Thanks everyone, i think I have now got the answers; n12 does support logic though one has to know the magic midi links to enable it, and no one seems to know that bit - so a bit of old fashioned alchemy to go yet, but it seems I will get there.

Take a look at the MIDI implementation chart that SHOULD be in the manual.
