Logic Pro 8 Using Logic with ProTools

I'm about to get pro tools and use that to record my vocals. I'll be using an M-Audio Fastrack Pro for my interface. I know that's not a very good interface but it's all I have right now ha.

I was wondering if there are normally problems trying to make a beat in Logic and then putting it into ProTools to record audio. I've read that there are sometimes issues with trying to mix Logic with DigiDesign, but I'm wondering is that true?

Or is there anything I should be aware of? What are people's opinions on this subject?

Indeed there are issues, many in fact, but if you're just exporting a beat you'll be alright

I don't know if it applies to your PT set up, but there is a Forum dedicated do Logic users on Digi hardware.
