Logic Pro Vintage B3, what changed?

Hi everybody,
I am converting a lot of projects from Logic 9 to Logic X,
but I have a problem with the B3 which, on Logic X, has too much gain,
and clicks that I can not mitigate.
Here are the two versions.
Do you know what to do to find the sound of Logic 9?
(Eq and Deesser are not responsible)
Thank you

HI,
in my example (click above), the file X is the direct conversion of file 9, no changes have been made.
B3 track (vol 0db) is routed directly to Output 1-2 (vol 0db).
So, even if we disable the plug-ins, the difference in sound is obvious, right?

I checked all the parameters of the organ, apparently everything is respected,
but the sound is not the same, already the volume much higher (that I can lower)
but the clicks much more marked, and I would really want to know how to remove them.
I believe then the difference can only come from an added version X new parameter,
and actually the POLY / MONO MODE key in the PERCUSSION section (avaible in X version only) attenuates the clicks in POLY mode ... but not totally.
And the volume is still high ... so there is something else to find.
