Legacy Apps Waveburner AU's lose settings immediately upon playback

When I open an AU in the Mix Plug-ins list, I lose newly altered settings in the plugin immediately when I hit play. I don't remember this behavior. Can anyone shed light on this issue?

UPDATE: This was a vendor-related problem. PSP Xenon isn't playing nice with WaveBurner but other 3rd party plugins do not exhibit the same behavior. I have sent an email to PSP alerting them to the problem.

Interesting - it would be very helpful if you would mention the exact versions of WB, OSX and Xenon you were using when the problems occurred. That would be a big help to others who might experience the same, or are thinking of upgdating and may then run into trouble.
