Hmm not much to wish for anymore but one thing I find to be a bit of a problem is that it's not possible to see the chosen latency compensation unless you go into the preferences. I would like to have that in transport because recording with it set to "all" can bring all sorts of timing problems.
Another thing is when you route to stereo busses with ie a stereo reverb on. I hate that the channel panning doesn't have influence on the plugin. I mean if you pan something hard left it's not possible to not get the sound of the channel in the bus R of the reverb so quite a bit of stereo image is lost on that account.
I of course realize that there are decent workarounds for this but I would still prefer if it worked as one would expect and the workarounds does not quite fill the gap.
 
you mean when you have a reverb instanciated on the same channel? usually fx like reverbs or delay should be placed on a bus/aux and use a bus to feed that channel and if you right click on a bus you can set "post pan" so pan will be counted before sending the sound to the effect.

about latency compensation one of the biggest thing i miss from pro-tools is a display that shows every latency compensation for each channel and lets you able to do some tweaks aswell, really miss it for my sample accurate madness, also do not forget that when you are recording you can set logic to "low latency mode" so some high latency plugs will be disabled in order to better record in real time, hope this helps

Post pan, I haven't thought about that one. Of course that's what it's for. Then I wish that it would choose that as default and instead have an option that says "pre pan" 🙂
