Logic Pro 9 Where are the Logic Legacy Space Designer patches?

I just found out about these yesterday and saw that there's an option to install them from the L9 disc (which I did). They don't show up in Space Designer though and I can't seem to find them anywhere on my hard drive so as to move them to the correct location. What am I missing?

So, after looking Through the Logic installer Logics I discovered where they are:

Mac HD/Library/Audio/Impulse Responses/Apple/06 Legacy Spaces

I don't remember if I actually installed the .cst files as well, and I can't locate them.

And yes, the mind has been lost a long time ago! Yes, I found them too and then found someone who had posted the .pst file (on logicprohelp.com) and put that in the correct place and now I have access to them.

Just for the record, Spotlight doesn't search in many system folders - you have to specifically enable it to do so.

Open a Find window (Cmd-F in the Finder)
On the right next to Save you'll see a Plus sign - click it
Click on the Kind menu and go down to System files - check its box and click OK
(This keeps this option as a menu item from now on)

Now, in the Kind menu, select System Files and in the new menu that appears next to it, select "are included"
This will do what Spotlight should always do anyway - it will show you all the search results in areas that Apple thinks you shouldn't be prowling around in.

Might be useful generally....

Great tip! I actually just wondered about that yesterday when I was using spot light to search for the missing files. I was finding them manually and then putting the name of the file into spotlight but it wouldn't find it. I was then trying to find where I could enable a preference that would allow me to find it. But, I couldn't so gave up.

Hi Dave,

If it turns out you do have the legacy IRs installed - like where George pointed out - but don't have the actual pst files, let me know. I can zip them and email them to you; they are relatively small.
