Which Is The Best Audio To Midi App/Plug-in For Instruments Or Voice???
I'd like to know which is the best (greatest accuracy) audio to midi app/plug-in for instruments or voice? I know many can convert drums to midi fairly well - but I want to convert well recorded audio such as single line voice - brass - woodwinds - strings to midi. I'd like to be able to perform global operations but also focus in and work manually on extra complex sections (adjust thresholds etc).
My last venture with this was a few years ago - so I'm not as up to date as I'd like to be ... In the past I tried Digital Performer & Logic ... but now I'm also curious about Logic 9 and DP 6 and Melodyne and any others...
