Logic Pro (X) White lines in arrange window

It's because you have Control Surface Bars enabled in the Track Header. See the attached screen shot.

A control surface refers to some sort of hardware controller that is used to control track or plug-in parameters within Logic. The control surface bars display is a visual indicator to show which bank of (usually eight) tracks are currently in focus on the control surface - in other words, which tracks the hardware knobs and faders are controlling.

You likely have a keyboard with knobs or sliders hooked up that Logic is recognizing as a control surface. If you're not using them, then the visual indicator of which tracks they are controlling is irrelevant to you.
