Logic Pro Why am I accessing Logic 9 Plugin's in Logic X

Please help, I just don't get it... True, I'm running both Logic 9 and X (10), but not at the same time of course,
but when I'm running Logic X, and I go to put a plugin on a track (like compression, or EQ), the Logic 9 plugin comes up, and not the Logic X plugin. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Trash preferences? Delete LogicX app (including plugins)and reinstall?
