Logic Pro 8 Windows version of Unitor 8 Control Panel?

Was there ever a Windows version of the Control Panel app for eMagic Unitor and AMT8's? IF so, where can it be downloaded?

I have a friend trying to use an AMT8 with Windows, and needs to be able to configure the ports.

Can he do this with an old Windows version of SounDiver?
