Logic Pro 9 Yosemite trying to install Logic Express 9 and it keeps failing

I just purchased 2009 Mac Book Pro.

I’m trying to install an original copy of Logic Express 9 and it keeps failing.

I’m am running Yosemite. Wondering if anybody could please point me in the right direction. Thank you!!!
