Long time Logic user (since Atari's Notator 3.2.1) I love this App. But I live in Brasil and the most of musicians/ producers use the ubiquitous Pro Tools. I have Logic Pro and I'm very happy with it - though I think Apple could focus more into developing that amazing FlexTime to be more close to the expensive Melodyne etc...
My question concerns to Key Command window: I can't find anywhere how to 'insert' a new [command] in order to assign a shortcut to it. That means: if I'm not luck to find a 'command' I want to assign to a shortcut to, such as 'toggle mixer' or 'show smart controls' - as someone gave as an example the other day, what do I have to do?!? Please, help me: you know how the KCommands improve our workflow in order to compose, record and edit good music. Thanks from Brasil...🙂

Not sure what Logic Pro C is.

I have stopped counting the assignable key commands decades ago, but they were in the thousands, so I'm surprised there is a command that can't be assigned to a shortcut.

Which command specifically are you talking about ?

If you indeed mean 'show smart controls', there is a search field top right of the Key Commands window which works like Google, you type in what you're looking for, like "smart", then you'll see the twelve or so commands that have "smart" in them, one of which is 'show/hide Smart Controls'. Likewise for 'Toggle Mixer'.
