Logic Pro (X) LPX File convert, old to new

LogicJam

Logician
Trying to convert old LPx files (mostly midi) to new
Old comp : mbpro, os 10.10.5 Yosemite, LPx ver= 10.2.4
New comp: mbpro os 10.13.16. High Sierra, LP ver =. 10.4.8
How to do this ?
Any help appreciated.
Thx

Have you had no luck just double-clicking them to open in Logic on the newer machine? — I'm opening logic files from even older versions than that in the newest version of Logic with no issues.

The one thing I do find a mild hassle (but honestly, I haven't looked to see if there's a default / settings change I can make to avert this) is that it persistently asks me if I want to save the new-version (because it's gonna re-save a new copy of the session file) as a "session file with folder" or as "a package" and I always go for "package" file, because it's more convenient and less prone to human-errors (throwing away audio files by accident)...

...but other than that little extra "save as" step, it should be pretty seamless for you.
