Subject: Please add a graphical MPE editor to Logic Pro
As a professional keyboard player and composer using the Expressive E Osmose and u-he Hive, I’m delighted that Logic records and plays back MPE data flawlessly. However, the inability to graphically edit multiple expression dimensions (pitch, pressure, timbre) together makes it hard to refine nuanced performances.
A per-note MPE editor—like Logic’s automation lanes—would let us sculpt vibrato, dynamics, and tone with precision. This feature is now standard in Cubase and Ableton Live 12; many of us who prefer Logic’s elegance would love to stay entirely within it for expressive electronic and acoustic work.
